    I'm William Pompell , I'm 40 yrs old and started out in this business very young with my Father , I had to go work to help make money to put food on my family's table. But in return my father taught me the  Field of Construction.

The last 15 years I've been working for a local Home Improvement Company

As The Forman , I still help this local Home Improvement Company out when there in a tight spot, But of course now I have this Company to run .
